Transform your look with extension services. I specialize in beaded wefts, tape-ins and clip-ins. I provide high quality, natural looking extensions customized to blend with your hair. Corinna has been in my chair for nearly a decade, and we always have the best time—both with her hair and our conversations. I truly love growing alongside my clients and watching them embrace their natural beauty.

For this visit, we went with a chic inverted bob, added a fun money piece where most of her natural sparkles shine through, and blended the rest with a few soft babylights. We love how it turned out.

I have the biggest smile on my face and feeling so grateful. This month I celebrate my 9th anniversary since opening my in home salon. Time has flown by and I want to share with you the reasons l’m grinning ear to ear.

1. I truly feel like I have the best clients on the planet. You all keep me laughing through my week and feeling so loved every single day.
2. I get to wake up every day to pursue my passion. Formulating colour, creating fun cuts and connecting with you guys truly fills my soul.
3. Nothing makes me happier than helping my clients feel beautiful and confident-l’ve been able to share some incredible moments with so many of you.
4. I’ve had the opportunity to take so many classes and learn from the best of the best to keep my skills sharp. I can say wholeheartedly that l’ve never felt more confident in my abilities.

You invest time and money into your hair, I put together a few small habits that can make a huge difference:

-Always dry your hair before bed—Sleeping with wet hair can cause breakage and scalp issues.
-Wear a loose braid at night—Prevents tangles and friction damage.
-Brush gently—Prevents breakage/scalp tension
-Use heat protection—If you’re styling, protect those strands.
-Scalp health matters—Exfoliate, oil, and keep your scalp happy.
-Get regular trims—Split ends don’t fix themselves.
-Clean your pillowcase weekly—A fresh pillowcase = cleaner hair and scalp.
-Nourish from the inside—Omega-3s and protein help hair grow strong.

Malinas is a Ukrainian bakery that has truly thrived since opening this location, and for good reason—the food is incredible! I’m excited to start bringing my laptop here to switch up my routine and soak in the cozy vibes.

Before beauty school, I was always worried before visiting the salon—whether my hair was too oily or what was I going to talk about with this stranger for an hour haircut. Now, with over a decade behind the chair, I’m open, honest, and always putting myself in my clients’ shoes. I want BlondeIvory to be a space where you can vent, work, and feel both comfortable and confident.

Kirsten came to see me for the second time today! The first time, she had long virgin hair, and we gave her a soft sun-kissed glow with just a trim. This time, she was ready for a change! We cut just below the collarbone, added fun layers for volume, and styled curtain bangs to beautifully frame her face.

She wanted to brighten everything up, so we balayaged and blended in a soft, lived-in money piece. Her last color was from before Christmas, and it grew out beautifully! She’ll be coming in a month or two for a maintenance appointment to gloss and neutralize any brassiness, keeping her color fresh and vibrant. Building trust and connections with clients is something I love and I had so much fun with @kirstswens!

I know that trying a new salon or stylist can feel scary, maybe a bit intimidating but that is not how I want you to feel before your appointment. My goal is to let you know what to expect before you walk in the door to calm those nerves.

As the seasons change, so do your hair’s needs. Here’s how to keep it healthy, fresh, and protected for the warmer months ahead.
1. Shampoo Smart – Washing too often can strip natural oils, leading to dryness and dandruff. Try skipping a day or two to maintain balance.
2. Protect Before Swimming – Condition and braid your hair before hitting the pool or beach. This helps prevent it from soaking up chlorine, salt, or other harsh elements.
3. Get Regular Trims – Spring is the perfect time for a refresh. Trimming split ends keeps your hair looking healthy and prevents further breakage.
4. Defend Against UV Damage – The sun can be just as harsh on your hair as heat tools. Use a leave-in heat protectant and wear a hat for extra defense.
5. Take Care of Your Scalp – Just like your skin, your scalp needs moisture and nourishment. Use lightweight oils and brush gently to keep it healthy.
