What To Expect

The Pre-Visit

I want you to feel completely confident in choosing me as your hairstylist. Through my unique New Guest Experience, you'll discover more about me on my website and social media channels, where you'll find a clear overview of all my services and pricing.  After you book your New Guest appointment and it’s confirmed, I will reach out via email within 24 hours, providing you with my Welcome Package and tips on how to prepare for our first appointment and much more.

The Consultation and Experience

I want you to feel at home when you walk through the salon doors, you are welcome to slide on our salon slippers and get comfortable before we begin. I  prioritize communication and want all my clients to feel at ease.  Together, we will discuss what you  love about your hair,  current challenges and hair aspirations. I'll ask you a series of questions- your color inspiration, preferred maintenance routine, past history and upkeep, ensuring we're completely aligned on our plan for the day and future appointments.

 

While I mix your color, you can choose a beverage from the specialty drink menu (I am obsessed with seasonal drinks) . Pick out a snack from the station or choose a  baked good that is available the day of  your appointment. Need to answer a few e mails?  No problem,  laptops are welcome and with a simple QR code to connect to the free Wi-Fi and the  charging station with so many options it will make multitasking  much easier. For the clients  who are coming to unwind, we have some beautiful  services to choose from, both complimentary or add on.  All of my clients have the option for a quiet appointment or we can chat about anything or everything!

After Goodbye

Before you leave I will recommend products and give you tips on how to re create the salon style. What I love to give clients is the support  after our first visit. Following your appointment, you'll get my service maintenance guide, a break down of what we did at your appointment.  We'll keep in touch through social media or email, so don't hesitate to reach out whenever you need assistance.
