Do you have parking available?

BLONDEIVORY Hair Boutique is located in a quiet neighbourhood so there is two spots on the driveway for clients to park.

What form of payment do you accept?

At BLONDEIVORY we accept cash, debit or credit.

Are children welcome in the salon?

​

Due to safety considerations and liability, We do not recommend clients bring small children to their appointments. We work with sharp shears, hot tools, chemicals and other salon equipment that may pose a potential threat to your little ones.

What is your cancellation policy?

​

We kindly ask that you provide a minimum 24hrs notice of cancellation. We recognize that not all of life’s unexpected events come with advanced notice, however, as a courtesy please remember to call  as soon as possible to let us know that you will be unable to make your scheduled appointment and we would be happy to rebook you. In the event a short notice or missed appointment happens for a second time BLONDEIVORY reserves the option to administer a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the total service fee. Thank you for respecting our time and schedule.

What if I am running late?

Appointments arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled or altered to fit into the remaining time. Please let Leanne know as soon as possible if you are going to be late for your appointment.
